THE CONTEXT:
This set happened on 1/25/13 at 8AM performance space in Chicago, IL. It was to celebrate a compilation called “A Caustic Acoustic”, a compilation for Bucket O’ Blood Records and Books. The lineup that night was as follows: Devon Kay, Myself, Matt Arbogast, Chris Gottlieb, Jason Smith, and Little Dave Merriman. Matt recorded the set and I decided to release it under my own name, this eventually led to me writing as a solo artist again and starting my bands Rapids and Tens. The EP "No Refrain" probably wouldn't have happened without this release.
